Quarterlife: CREST

Quarterlife: CREST is a performance exploring self-acceptance and the redefinition of identity during a period of transition in early adulthood.
Created by the Danish-Japanese collective mellem to and co-produced with Nordisk Teaterlaboratorium, the work draws from lived experiences and unfolds through movement, sound, image, and light. Rather than offering a fixed narrative, it opens a space for reflection on uncertainty, change, and the ongoing process of becoming.
